All around the UK there are so many gorgeous seaside destinations and at most of the popular ones you can usually find gluten free options, these are just some of the top places.

If you are heading to the seaside this summer you may want to find some gluten free places to eat at, we have put together some of the top UK seaside destinations along with some gluten free places you can visit to eat, plus you can find even more places to eat in our where to eat guide.

Whitby - North Yorkshire
You can't go to Whitby and not have fish and chips. Well there are plenty of options around with Harbour View, Magpies (our review), Quayside, Mister Chips, Robertsons (our review) and Trenchers all doing Gluten Free Fish and Chips. There are also a few cafes around that do gluten free including Monks Haven Cafe who have delicious scones, quiches and pies from Mandys Pies.

Brighton - Sussex
Brighton is one of the best places you can go for gluten free in the UK, there are tons of places you visit. Boho Gelato and Gelato Gusto are great for ice creams, including dairy free options, head to Hen for gluten free waffles, Purezza have allsorts from pasta to pizza and calzone or you can head to Riddle and Fins for champagne and oysters! Plus there is loads of vegetarian places around which are gluten free too.

Bournemouth - Dorset
There are some lovely gluten free places to head too in Bournemouth, get gluten free fish and chips from Chez Fred every Monday, the Cosy Club has a fantastic gluten free menu which includes burgers, tapas and desserts or if you fancy Italian head to Valentino for pizza or pasta, and if you order in advance they will make sure you get gluten free bread too!

Torquay - Devon
Torquay is lacking when it comes to gluten free but there is a definite must visit in Torquay, stock up on your bread and cakes at 100% gluten free bakery, Jacksons. Le Bistrot Pierre also have a great gluten free menu if you want a meal.

St Ives - Cornwall
If you are heading to beautiful St Ives make sure to check out The Searoom (was The Tea Room) who have fab scones, cakes and tray bakes available. If you want a meal, try out The Gurnards Head, you need to book in advance but they can cater to dietary requirements well. Or how about grabbing some fish and chips, any day, from Becks fish and chips!

Skegness - Lincolnshire
We had the pleasure of visiting Skegness recently and there is some fab options around. Atlantic Fish Bar (our review) has a gluten free menu and are really lovely, Yorkies has a massive range of gluten free from breakfasts to lunches and desserts. If you fancy a piece of cake there is Coffee Bean (our review) for a light snack or if you want an ice cream Mr G's have a selection along with gluten free cones.

Tenby- Pembrokeshire, Wales
While visiting the South Wales coast make sure to pop into Lounge 2 (our review) who have a fab range of gluten free sandwiches and cakes available or if you want some gluten free fish and chips Fecci's Fish and Chips may be more up your street, serving gluten free all the time.

Llandudno - Conwy, Wales
We love Llandudno and first port of call for us is always Barnacles Chip Shop (our review) who have one of the best gluten free menus around with sausages, fish and chips, quiches, and cakes all available plus more. If you want a quick lunch break head over to Eden Tea Rooms for sandwiches, soups and salads, or West Shore Beach have a choice of cakes available.

Weymouth - Dorset
It's been a while since we last went Weymouth but from what we hear things haven't changed and there are still plenty of places to eat. Old Harbour Fish and Chips (our review) do fab gluten free fish and chips, Radipole Lake Cafe have a few snack options to try, Crab House Cafe will adapt anything they can to be gluten free and have gluten free rolls. Stanleys Coffee Shop have gluten free cakes and you can grab a gluten free meal and cake at The Shed Cafe.

Blackpool - Lancashire
Blackpool have slowly started to improve with their gluten free offerings, for fish and chips while walking down the beach head to Bentley's (our review) by the Pleasure Beach, Kwizeen can do most of their menu gluten free, Michael Wan's Mandarin do many gluten free dishes, and Sues Curiositeas (our review), although set well away the front, nearer to the zoo, is great for gluten free and Sue will do anything she can gluten free for you.

Great Yarmouth - Norfolk
If you are in Great Yarmouth for your holiday why not check out Merrivale Tea Rooms where most of the menu is gluten free and a lot is also dairy free. Rogers Fish and Chips offer gluten free fish and chips or for a meal The Dining Room have a range of gluten free options.

Edinburgh - Scotland
Edinburgh has one of the best selections of gluten free we have ever had the pleasure of sampling. Visit entirely gluten free bakery Sugar Daddies (our review) and sample a range of cakes and breads or head to GF for an entirely gluten free meal from a 100% gluten free restaurant. Head to Eteaket (our review) for an afternoon tea, or Mums Comfort Food (our review) for sausage and mash. If you fancy a Chinese head to Cool Jade Chinese by the zoo and choose from their gluten free menu, or if you want fish and chips head to The Chip Inn.

Whitehaven - Cumbria
When heading to Whitehaven check out Casa Romana or Vagabond for gluten free pizza or you could head to Waverley Hotel or Whitehaven Golf Club for a gluten free meal.
