There were lots of places I didn't get to visit too so make sure to check them out as well!
Flapjackery
When we went Flapjackery had only been open one day. This shop is completely gluten free - as long as you can tolerate gluten free oats. They do loads of different flapjacks but also delicious chocolates and sweet type options. Theire flapjacks are huge too!

Picnic By the Park
We called here when we first arrived, we chose jacket potatoes but that wasn't the only option they do have gluten free bread for sandwiches and also a cake option, the owner was lovely too.

Coconut Tree
Sri Lankan tapas restaurant and one of the most understanding places I have even eaten, every staff member was aware we were coeliac, it didn't matter waiters kept changing, they all knew. But beware if you don't like spice, it is in everything! You order a few different things off the menu, everything is made separately and brought out as and when it is ready. We had rice, curries and salady type dishes, all absolutely stunning but spicy!

Soho Coffee
They don't offer much but everywhere was busy and we were struggling to find somewhere for something quick and had given up looking, we did only get a jacket potato but the manager was so much help and understanding, so if desperate times it is an option at least.
Thermae Spa
I treated my mum to a trip to the spa, I didn't expect anything gluten free in their cafe. No phones are allowed in the spa itself so if memory serves...in their chillers they had at least 3 different gluten free sandwiches and a wrap, cakes and cereal bars all prewrapped plus fruit and some other bits and bobs. So if you are planning a trip to this amazing spa and want a bite while in there, there are options! And remember to go in the roof top pool!

The Pump Rooms
Absolutely stunning afternoon tea, complete with pastries! When booking online put in that it is gluten free and you get an absolutely amazing spread. The sandwiches actually looked better and posher than the normal afternoon tea! It is also the only place you can now get water from the original roman Bath spring.

We didn't try these ones but they were on my radar as potentials as I have heard so much about them, so worth dropping by if you are near them!
Sweet Little Things
Do gluten free cakes and afternoon teas, I think best to book as it was absolutely rammed when we thought about going.
Dough
Gluten free pizzas which are apparently some of the best!
Rosarios
A little cafe that seems to offer a lot of gluten free paninis and cakes, she also does cannolis too!
The Green Rocket
Vegan cafe which is apparently very good for gluten free but very popular!
Cafe Au Lait
Offers gluten free sandwiches and cakes, typical small cafe really!
You also have some of the popular chains in Bath too so if you are really struggling there are those too, here are a few I saw while there that I know cater to coeliac.
Bills
Gluten free menu, breakfast is always fab (they do the best pancakes!), can be a bit limited sometimes but very good and knowledgeable at the branches I have been.
Giggling Squid
Thai restaurant with lots of gluten free options, we were actually going to go and try the one in Stratford-upon-Avon on the way home but never made it. Really accommodating to coeliacs.
Nandos
Always a winner in my book, been countless branches and always treated the same. Always tell them you need gluten free and they will put through as an allergy order, clean down and prep away from bready orders.
ASK Italian
Great Italian to grab some pasta or pizza, never been one but know they are very good when it comes to gluten free.
Browns
Coeliac UK accredited and have a gluten free menu, albeit limited and quite expensive
Jamies Italian
Another Italian that can cater to gluten free, not sure about pizza but they definitely do pasta
Pho
An absolutely raved about Vietnamese chain that is nearly completely gluten free. So much so their normal menu asterisks items that AREN'T gluten free...last time I checked that was just the spring rolls!
Wagamama
A place my mum and I love, Asian fusion restaurant who have a gluten free menu, limited options but enough and always fab, manager takes order, oversees one chef cooks an allergy orders and manager serves themselves too.
You can find more places to eat in Bath all recommended by fellow Coeliacs on my where to eat guide too. Nationwide places can be found in this list
So this isn't Bath I know but 15-20 mins drive away you have Longleat Safari Park which we went to before heading back. Surprisingly there is a fair bit of gluten free inside, attractions like this always seem so hit and miss so I was pleasantly surprised.
Dirty Fries Stall
Pretty much everything is gluten free, the chips plus all but one topping were gluten free so a great little option
Chameleon Tree Cafe
We chose to go in the cafe and the menu states sausages, chips, beans, gravy are all gluten free and they can do fish grilled too. I double checked everything with the server/manager and sausage and chips is definitely safe so we both opted for that. They also have cake pre-wrapped too.
Watering Hole Cafe
As we ate at the Chamelon Tree we didn't try this cage but they do gluten free bread and can make gluten free sandwiches to order
Longleat House Orangery
The Orangery apparently has gluten free options too, we didn't go and look but is probably on par with the cafe
