I have never had a cheese scone believe it or not! I decided to give them to go and now wonder why I have never had them before! Deliciously soft, light, incredibly cheesy and of course gluten free they are delicious on there own or served with soup. In this recipe I use a nice strong cheese to give it a lovely rich and creamy cheesy taste plus the fat content helps the scones stay moist.
