When Heinz re-released their baked bean pizza it took me back to my childhood, but not coeliac and gluten free, the only way I could have one was to make my own. Then they released the baked beans and sausage pizza into Iceland stores and I wanted to give that a go even more, so I whipped out the baking gear and got to work making a gluten free baked bean and sausage pizza using Heinz beans and sausages and Caputo bread flour for the base.
